When one lies snug in bed and the cold dark is holding you firm under the blanket, it is not an easy choice to swing your feet to the ground to get dressed in slightly damp clothes. To be up and ready before sunrise and hike a steep uphill to higher ground, needs a firm decision to execute. However, when one holds to the resolution and experience an exquisite sunrise, gratitude always engulf the heart.
In a similar way, it is possible for our minds to work out a change in behaviour, but oftentimes the comfort blanket of familiar habits can inhibit new found resolutions and keep us in a comfortable old bed, however mouldy it might have become.
