This image was inspired by the historical recording of the tower of Babel in Scripture. Up to that point in creation, people on the earth had one language. They had a meeting and decided to build a city tower with a peak that reaches into the heavens. This factual documentation is an inspiring account of how people can work together IF they speak with one mind, for God Himself said that if this is what they aim to do, "nothing they propose to do will be withheld from them" (Genesis 11).
Unfortunately for the Babilonians was that their goal wasto make a name for themselves, not to glorify God, their Creator. And because of their selfish motives, God gave different groups of people dissimilar languages. And because they couldn't understand each othyer, they suddenly had disagreements on who completes which task in this massive endeavour. Their management system fell apart and they ceased to continue with the project.
The yellow flower which reaches higher than the sky implies the God-given ability of joyfully respecting all human beings, even though we have developed completely different from each other since childhood.
