About this work

BrizaMaxima House is a very interesting collection of different photos which went through a drawing and digital painting process.
On the left is the Briza Maxima grass behind a smooth round stone and the building design is founded on the Briza seed pattern.
I found the Briza Maxima near a place called Voëlklip. Unfortunately, this area has been used by pesons to resolve their overwhelming despair by ending life.
Sadly, some people who are totally traumatized, can at times not see any purpose in living. Their #mindhouse is blackened, the windows to their soul are darkened with hopelessness.
Now, the Briza Maxima is an ornamental grass, known under many names, but also the Greater Quaking Grass. It grows in nature or is cultivated over the whole world. These combined seeds make a fascinating scaly pattern in a heart-shaped look-alike locket. These graceful, nodding seed heads bounces almost cheerfully in a gentle breeze. The word Briza is thought to mean "beloved" and Maxima loosely means to "gain great value."
In this vector work which is part of #themindisahouse art series, the briza maxima pattern on the triad building looks like many hearts slotted together or arms extended to rejoice in life. It seems to call out "you are a beloved of great value". I hope sincerely the work will proclaim that we are invaluable over failure, possibility over hopelessness, life over death.  
That is what Jesus came to do. He died so that we can have life.
